How To Register
Online:
Register securely online HERE and receive immediate confirmation.
Online registrations will accept only credit card payment.
We strongly encourage early registration, as space is limited for this meeting. Registration forms submitted without full payment cannot be processed. Onsite registration will be available. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact Barb Karnbauer by email at bjk37@pitt.edu
Cancellation / Refunds:
Request for refunds must be made in writing and sent by mail, e-mail or fax.
A processing fee of $100 will be applied to refunds requested by September 28, 2012. No refunds can be made after September 28, 2012.
